Sometimes you may want a callout to go over two pages. This does not appear possible as each callout is contained with the page it is drawn on.
It is possible to get a callout to go over two pages by doing the following:
Draw the hotspot where you want it on the page.
Click the draw callout button and draw the callout at the correct height you want.
If the hotspot is on the left hand page, adjust the 'Width' parameter to value larger than 100%. 150 would be halfway across the right page, 190 would be all the way across.
If the hotspot is on the right hand page, adjust the 'Left' parameter to a negative %. -95% starts the callout on the left edge of the left page. You will need to adjust the 'Width' parameter to compensate for the minus 'Left' parameter. 195% width covers the entire two pages.
